They have stopped installing geothermal and are only doing mechanical install per the tech. The tech that came out today gave me the information that I needed. Air in the lines for geothermal system to the compressor. Waiting to hear back to find out if they are going to cover the cost of the repair. I purchased a 10 year parts and labor extended contract. Have had a water pressure problem from the day of install. They had a plumber come out and said that there was no problem. Now more air in the system is causing more of a problem. Had all of the managers out to the house at one time or another with the problem still not fixed. Multiple contacts to have all of the problems solved but to an unsatisfactory conclusion to now. The install tech did what they were supposed to but the overall job was less than what was expected.
