I contacted Home Advisor on Monday afternoon. Within 30 minutes I had 2-3 companies contact me. RS Andrews came out a 6pm the same say and spent 1.5 hours with me, and felt me with a written estimate. By Friday afternoon I had a new furnace and A/C. This was fast, reliable, customer oriented service. Great job.

I was really impressed on how knowledgeable they were and how well they checked everything in my house to make sure I had the right unit installed. They are very nice and polite and will work with you to come up with the best price for your budget.

During a home inspection prior to the sale of my house, the inspector noted some staining on the ceiling in the HVAC closet. Upon further inspection he noted incorrect sloping of the drain pipe. We contacted RS Andrews about the issue, but even though the work was completed just a year ago, they refused to correct the problem. They said it passed city inspection, so even after sharing pictures of the problem, they felt it was not their responsibility.

They were really busy & I wait for a few hours, but they gave us an estimate and ended up price matching a competitor. The work was okay. They changed the unit but did not changed the thermostat. They did the minimum nothing more.

From beginning to end, courteous, helpful and genuine. Smart work, quoted prices and actual cost were as expected. Salesman- thorough in the estimate, sensitive to my concerns on overpricing and actual system replacement and services needed. Installers- punctual and thorough in the explanation of the equipment installed. Customer service rep - on the spot all the time. Answered all my additional questions and was genuine throughout.
