Write a ReviewThe guy that was sent, Ryan, did a fabulous job, he was personable and I would recommend him to anybody.
Technician & Comfort Advisor were both very professional and courteous... Initial Technician (Nathan Reedy) was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem... And then suggested system replacement due to cost of repair, age of system, & availability of future parts... Opted for system replacement, over repair... Comfort Advisor (Joseph Kansco) was also knowledgeable, as well... And guided us through the process of selecting a quality/best value system that best fit our needs... While, at a week in, I am well satisfied w/ the product & the quality of work, I did not provide a "5-Star" rating because, both the pricing of the repair & the pricing of the system replacement seem a bit high... Even w/ discounts applied, replacement cost was still on the "high-end"...

The tech said I needed a new unit. I said I need to think about it. I new the heatwave was causing it not to cool at full power. Tech said I'll clean the coils and a replacement part. I paid $695.00 to the tech. I got a second opinion a few days later. This tech said I didn't need a new unit. The tech also said no part was replaced and the coils weren't cleaned. The tech showed me the coils and they were filthy and there was a loose coil. This tech wrote on paper what was wasn't done and I emailed to the manger of RS Andrews. I also spoke to the manager and he promise to refund my money. Ten days later no refund. Today I diputed it with my credit card company and I will make a BBB complaint. This company tried to gouge me during a heatwave and lied about the service they perform. Beware of this company.

Company rescheduled me 4 times for an annual HVAC check. Customer service is very poor.

RS Andrews arrived as scheduled to Install new system. 2nd day of use, unit was not cooling. Service tech came out, went over whole system. Found a refrigerant leak in solder joint. Technician stayed to fix system and got me up and running that night. Although hiccups occurred, the service response was excellent.

Tien, the technician, arrived on time, was very friendly, polite, professional, respectful, & knowledgeable, & had a good sense of humor. I was very satisfied with his maintenance service.
Did a great job
My AC was working perfectly fine until RS Andrewâ s volunteered with an unbelievable rate of $20 to come out to inspect my unit for spring/summer. I didnâ t think that I needed it, as I used it nightly for a few overnight hours, but for $20, I figured, it couldnâ t hurtâ ¦ WELL IT DIDâ ¦A month later out of the blue, it stops working. I immediately suspect foul play, but decided to give them a chance to explain. The receptionist taking the call stated she cannot get anyone to come out without charging me nearly $100, thatâ s just to check what you checked a month ago? What a crock, how do I know the previous visit the tech didnâ t tamper with something to force a later visitâ ¦seems pretty convenient to me. They could have at least offered to check it, then depending on what they found, that would still be suspect, but they want to charge me out of the gate, so no thank you, that $20 special that you contacted me to offer was tooo good to be true, Now I see WHY. You should be ashamed, but I bet youâ re not. Mrs. Boone
