Smooth sailing from beginning to end. I loved the professionalism, craftsmanship and the fact that they handled my insurance claim. I have a fairly steep roof and the crew was amazing they were meticulous in putting the entire roof on and cleaning up all debris! They install many brands of shingles at different price points and were very helpful in choosing what would look best on my house. I absolutely will call USA Construction for any roofing needs in the future.

The roof looks great and the cleanup of the yard was excellent.

I had a fantastic experience with USA Construction. Josh in the office was very kind and informative. Josh was such a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all the different aspects, came out and did an inspection and went over everything very thoroughly. He really made the whole process very stress free. After our claim was filed with our homeowners he walked us through the entire process. He took his time explaining everything, listening to any concerns I had and helped us make choices that benefited us the most. He was very kind, very personable, easy to get in contact with, easy to work with and was there for us throughout the entire process. I was also very impressed with the crew that did the install. They worked very quickly and efficiently, did a great job cleaning up and did a beautiful job on the roof. I got my new roof yesterday and it looks beautiful. The guys did a great job and left the yard in great shape. We live out of town and needed repairs on a relatives residence as we live in another state. The front office was professional and courteous. The estimator returned my call later and followed up with an estimate--clear, concise, and reasonable. He sent a team that same day to make temporary repair. Next morning they completed the repair and cleaned the work area. Cannot tell we had anything done. I give them the highest recommendation.

However, I can honestly say that the process was much smoother and easier than I expected. He was a complete professional and very knowledgeable about the process. He explained everything that would take place and about how long. He really eased my mind and answered every question I had. Josh's crew arrived on time and if not for the rain, they would have finished replacing the entire roof in one day. They were done very early the next day. To include a detail clean up around the yard. Josh showed 2 days later to do the walk around and I was very pleased with the job that I hired them to.
