Highly professional staff. Josh dealt with my insurance company for me and the roof was replaced promptly. They were also great at staying in touch throughout the process to keep me updated. The new roof looks great! 10/10 would recommend.

Josh came out quickly to inspect the roof. He is willing, able and experienced to work with the insurance company. He comes out in inclement weather to tarp and see to any issues in the interim of the ins company getting their stuff together. Very responsive and communicative!

I can t say enough about USA Construction! Customer service is top notch! Love our roof! We had storm damage, Jacob the rep assigned to our house has been very responsive and knowledgeable! His co-worker Josh has also filled in on occasion and been extremely helpful! When it came time for warranty transfer to the new owners of our home they went above and beyond! I recommend USA Construction to any and everyone who is looking for a personalized experience and not looking to be yanked around by other local contractors. Beyond impressed with this company!

Great company! Josh was a very knowledgeable and professional young man. He explained the process very thoroughly. His presentation included samples of all the materials to be used and the warranty on the new roof. Kept me informed of the process throughout Very honest gentleman and did everything he said and there were no hidden fees. I would definitely highly recommend this company and use them again.
