I had the tub/shower combination removed & replaced with a new acrylic shower, new plumbing fixtures and glass doors. The work performed was suburb! My new shower is beautiful and I love it!

We had our shower completely redone by this company. The actual shower is nice and we can not complain about the work done. However, the customer experience was very much a bait and switch. The salesman was very nice, which was to be expected. The project manager we had made no effort to keep us informed on the timeline and installation status. The crew and workers who came to physically do the installation were great but I felt like for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have better communication from the project manager. Also, when we signed paperwork with the salesman on the job, we were promised the shower would only take 4 weeks (entire job to be finished within two days) at the most to be finished. However, it actually took 8 weeks from signed papers to completion and two different installation dates because they did not have the door ready. After this experience, if we could have hired out the contractors only that would have been ideal. The company left much to be desired in both communication and meeting promised deadlines.

we had a great experience with this company updating our shower stall. it is beautiful and much more spacious than the fiberglass insert the builder had installed.

I replaced the shower and shower door in my master bath. I'm very pleased with the work that was done. The quality is amazing, the installers worked non-stop and got the job done in one day. I appreciate how they cleaned up after they were done. Everything was explained up front. There were no surprises.

Replacing the bathtub with a shower was a bit pricey but we think it is well worth the money. No more fears of falling while getting in and out of a really deep tub. We are very happy with the quality of work and the people explained everything before starting the project. We definitely recommend these folks.
