After having a history of bad experiences with contractors, we were pleased to have a different experience with Quality Craftsman Roofers. From the presentation given by Ken, who provided the estimate, to the finished product, we were extremely happy. The workers showed up when they said they would. The workers worked hard the entire day. In addition, communication was very good. If we had a question or concern it was addressed in a very timely manner. Quality Craftsman Roofers lived up to their name and they have our enforcement.

I have no hesitation recommending Quality Craftsmen as a company that you can fully trust for its expertise and integrity. I needed to add extra living space to my house so that I could move my mother in with us. With limited information available on the web, I was able to interview a small number of contractors. I was terrified of such a large project after all of the horror stories I have heard over the years from friends and acquaintances about dealing with contractors. Based on a gut feeling, I crossed my fingers and chose Quality Craftsmen for the job. For once, my gut feeling was accurate. In 2021, Quality Craftsmen was able to add what amounts to a small house to the back of mine: a bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer closet, dining/living area, and a spacious covered patio. In the year and a half since this project was completed, we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Everything has held up great. As difficult as it was for my mother to leave her home of 50 years, she is very happy to have such a nice space to live where she can be safe, independent, and comfortable, yet just a doorway away from us if she needs anything. I would recommend this company not just for their workmanship, but also for their honesty more than anything. I have no horror stories to tell or headaches to report. From start to finish, Zett Quinn took full responsibility for the project and adapted to the unexpected circumstances as they arose. Even with the additional obstacle of Covid affecting labor and supplies in 2021, the entire experience could not have been any less stressful for me.
