Our home was flooded during Hurricane Helene. Pedro and his team were referred by a co-worker that had the same issue. There always problems during the construction process especially being thrust into so much turmoil but they were fantastic! Always willing to adjust to our many changes and address our concerns. I would highly recommend them and trust them with all my future projects. They are very willing to make sure everything has been completed to our satisfaction! They have also returned to address minor issues and corrected them with no problem. Thank you for getting us through such a challenging time!

We hired Pedro to do our kitchen - because the work was so incredibly done - we asked that he come back to lay vinyl flooring. Again- Pedro and his crew did an amazing job. We will continue to hire him for more of our house renovations

Pedro is professional and courteous - work ethic is impeccable. He removed a soffit - removed old cabinets - installed new cabinets - backsplash - and *saved* us about $15,000.00 (we had originally planned on going with Home Depot) Everyday before leaving Pedro and his men made sure the work area was clean. Work was completed in the tame frame promised - I love my kitchen - it looks amazing â ¦.

He replaced soil pipes, which required opening a wall between our bathroom and kitchen. He repaired that wall and installed a glass backsplash in the kitchen (after new cabinetry was in place by a different contractor). He did a complete renovation/remodel of two bathrooms with plumbing and tile work. He suggested and installed a tankless water heater that we are very happy with and is a huge space saver. He added a new closet in one of the bathrooms and a glass shower enclosure and a new window. Pedro is skilled as well as very courteous and professional, he was a pleasure to work with. Every request we made was met. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and values his customers, which he did not hesitate to mention. When we voiced concerns regarding COVID19 the need to return to the home improvement store or flooring store, he volunteered to pick up all other necessary items. We were particularly pleased with the tile to pick up since our heavy lifting days are over and we do not own a truck. He and his employees wore their masks, even in the heat, and were careful about social distancing. We would be amiss if we did not compliment Pedro right-hand men, Daniel and Domingo, who were kind, cheerful, and very hard working. Pedro met his completion dates which were agreed upon in the contract. We have always heard that renovation can be stressful, but PTAH does everything possible to ease the stress. We highly recommend Pedro Ruiz and would certainly hire him again when we are ready for our next project.

Well deserving of his 5-star rating. We didn't plan our contractors very wel, so we had some workers in the other's way, which caused the overall length of our projects to drag on. Pedro and his team were so patient with us throughout our project. He was timely, thorough and honest. He added value where he saw things could be done better without trying to simply drive up the rehab cost. We were very appreciative of that. He went above and beyond. Definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again on a future rehab.

Overall it was a great experience!
