The inspector was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He fount mold where there was no visible water damage to the interior walls. He helped identify what was triggering my coughing fits and respiratory issues. While not cheap, the Protocol was on par with other providers. Well worth every penny though.

If you re looking for high quality service and top notch expertise, look no further than Protocol Inspections. Learned a lot in the process and I m grateful for how how quickly they responded to my mold issue. They even helped with my cats during remediation : )

Excellent job following through and providing the results in a timely manner, sending them out at 10:30 at night so they can be acted upon. The remediation protocols are very thorough, possibly too much, but better safe than sorry.

Great pricing, friendly and professional. John came over the same day which was very helpful in getting mold clearance testing before/if Florida goes under full quarantine. He explained the process step by step. I also appreciate that he followed the Cv-19 protocols, wearing mask and gloves in my space. I am so grateful for his service.
