I am a realtor in the Fort Pierce area. I reached out to Protocol Inspections to Test Indoor Air Quality in a home my client was buying. We needed quick, short turnover. I called them on Friday afternoon, close to the end of business. They were able to come out the next day, Saturday and get us the results first thing Monday, just in time for our deadline. Johnathan was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood every part of the process. My clients were very happy and we had the information we needed for our real estate transaction. Starting with the original phone call to completion of the removal everything went as the project supervisor explained it would. Johnathan posesses good work values, he is genuine, kept an open line of contact and every little thing was done in an appropriate way. The mold testing and inspection was professionally done over the course of a 2 hours span. The results were ready within a few days and we had passed. The report was extensive including photos of the meter reading that were good. I am selling this property and can feel confident that there will be no repercussions in the future. I recommend Protocol Inspections highly!

Johnathan did a very thorough job on the inspection on our home. Being new to the process, he walked us through every step answering questions if we had them. He was very informative and even told some jokes along the way. I highly recommend his services.
