Really impressed by the services provided by Protocol Inspections company. Highly professional team with quality wise work. I called them for mold removal and the inspector paid a timely visit to our home. He did a thorough mold inspection and found all the marks where the work was to be done. The next day his team of mold removal started the work and they went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for the great help and also for advising me on some tips.

Great and thorough service by Protocol Inspections, they managed my expectations well, they offering me several options. Really kind and helpful and explained everything in detail about what was happening around. Read the report which was detailed and well written. Thank you very much for your service and the positive knowledge provide to us. We pride ourselves to make sure our mold inspector left us feeling happy with their services. I would like to suggest this company to anyone if they needed to inspect the mold in their houses. Worth every penny!

Thank you so much for the mold inspection. I had so much trouble finding a company that can easily inspect the house and get rid of the mold infection. But the time I spoke to them, they explained everything about the process and calmed me down. Thanks to Joe he was equally informative and helpful to me and it was a wonderful experience.

The inspector, named John was prompt, and very thorough. This was my first time seeing a mold inspection, so I thought it was a very interesting process, and I appreciate that the inspector took the time to explain the process. Luckily, there wasn't any mold at the property. It took a couple of days for the results to come back, but it's better to wait it out rather than jumping the gun and continuing with a home purchase. I plan on using the guys at Protocol Inspections again in the future.
