Had a very leaky roof. Contacted Eric because there was an expected storm a few days away! They got in, and got the job done, before the torrential rains came! Saved me a lot of money on inside repair work that would have been necessary. Would hire again in a minute!

Had a leak. Hired company to fix it. It took two attempts. Leak appeared again in the same place within the first year. Company's representative in Sarasota has yet to respond to phone call. Had roof examined by another company who said the repair was not done properly. Pro Roofing will not stand behind its work. Stay away from this contractor!

This company is fantastic. Eric followed up with me 48 hours after I requested a quote. He was always professional and kept in continuous contact throughout the job. This company listens to the customer's concerns and keeps the job site clean and tidy. The roof looks great, and the price was right. They even worked to save us money on additional materials that were necessary for the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

The work was scheduled and completed quickly

Eric called us quickly regarding the project. He was out the next day and looked carefully at the roof, even going up into the small crawl-space access, over the a/c ducts and found the problem. In spite of the holidays, they worked their hardest to make sure we were safe from any changes in the weather. Chris, the repair expert, was congenial and efficient in his work. He's experienced and made us feel comfortable, and he did a great job in solving the issue. Then he went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was totally done right...it's wonderful to know people like Pro Roofing are there for us. I'll be recommending them to everyone with a roof problem from now on.
