Eric called us quickly regarding the project. He was out the next day and looked carefully at the roof, even going up into the small crawl-space access, over the a/c ducts and found the problem. In spite of the holidays, they worked their hardest to make sure we were safe from any changes in the weather. Chris, the repair expert, was congenial and efficient in his work. He's experienced and made us feel comfortable, and he did a great job in solving the issue. Then he went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was totally done right...it's wonderful to know people like Pro Roofing are there for us. I'll be recommending them to everyone with a roof problem from now on.

Eric called us right away and repaired our tile roof quickly. Also repaired some shoddy work from solar panel company. Would highly recommend. Its refreshing to get a company in this area to show up , do quality work at a fair price. Will use them when major renovation happens down the road.

Eric the service rep. was able to accomplish what others could not or would not. Always kept me informed. Technician Chris and helper Jacob were very professional and worked a little after dark with a flashlight to finish up- That's going above and beyond!

I had obtained estimates from 4-5 different roofers, all of which were in the $15k range. Pro Roofers estimate was less than $14k, with a Lifetime warranty from GAF. I told them I had an active leak and asked how soon they could do the work. Shawn replied that they would try to get me on the schedule ASAP. They started removing the shingles a couple of days after receiving my signed contract and deposit. I hadn't even decided on the shingle color yet! I called Eric with the shingle color a hour or two after they arrived and when I got home from work that evening, the installation was about 60% complete. They finished the next day and it looks great.

The 2 men that did our roof repair were very thorough, professional and efficient and knew their stuff. They explained everything in detail and cleaned up everything. we got 4 estimates and Pro Roofing was the best price and the quickest to schedule the repair date. I would recommend this company again.

He responded quickly but incorrectly identified the problem which was partly my fault. When his worker come I believe he correctly found the leak & fixed it in less than 2 hrs. The price we finally agreed upon was acceptable if the leak was actually fixed which I won't actually know until we get a heavy rain.

Supervisors were on site during work. All questions answered promptly. Very courteous.

Two workers who showed up were very professional and polite. Explained my options. Took pictures of my problem from inside attic to up on roof. Told me costs and time estimates before I gave them approval to start. Did everything they said they would and no hidden charges.

Why 4.5 and not 5 .only because i already hired this company pro roofing service for my new roof 8 month ago . after one insident with a tree.i had call them for damage evaluation .fast respont.when the time to repair came up .i called again but it look like they lay me down .only after use this website and request an estimate "wala" all work again. May they want that even old customers use this website and not an strike call to the company .

First estimate by Kennedy Roofers was way out of line. The estimate from Pro Roofers seemed reasonable and fair. The repairman was very knowledgeable and honest.
