Primo Custom Tile

Primo gouged me in price. I could have gotten another person for the job but timing was an issue and Primo could do it, but charging $350 for less than a hour of work was too much. He unfairly took advantage of the situation and tried to have his plumber come in and finish the faucets ( in fact the plumber was on his way over) and I said no- I would wait for my own plumber in a few days. Yes he does good work, but these trades folks that have a "helper" carry in their tools and just stand around while the work is being done is an alert that the job will be expensive. Before the $350 charge, I needed him to remove a marble tile in the tub area to expose the faucet for new fixtures and he charged $200 for 25 minutes of work. Again- another guy brought in his tools instead of Primo carrying them so that jacked up the price I think. He is too rich for my pocketbook when I know I can get the same job done for less.

Worked us in between bigger jobs. Gave us a design ideas that we really liked.

Primo is a top notch guy. Knowing it was only a small job, he came out to see it so he could schedule it between his big jobs. He said no job is too small. He came back, spent 2 hours and did a wonderful job. Other two companies I had hired never showed up after accepting the job. Rescheduled me again and again. Primo is my call to guy from now on. Thank you Primo for a job well done!

I thought Primo and Jimmie where respectful and worked well together. They arrived on time and finished when they said. We had terrible weather and they had to do the cutting in our garage, which was out of their control, however, that left a lot of clean up, along with the inside of the house. I only say this to let everyone know, cover everything. Primo is excellent at his craft and I’m pleased with the tiling in both bathrooms.

Had our formal, two hallways and kitchen tiled with wood looking tile. The overall job looks great. Primo and his entire staff were great to work with. We picked out our tile and grout. Primo went to the store and picked up the order for us and delivered it to our house before installing. That was extremely helpful considering we ordered about 80 cases of tile.
