Rodney, our tech was eager for the job when others didn't even call back or said they would quote and didn't. So for that we have his Customer service 5 stars. He also gave us alternative options to installing an electrical outlet which reduced my costs and he had a great solution to hiding all cables. I can't say enough how happy we were with his work on mounting our tv outdoors. Thanks Rodney!

The tech was awesome. Came out even though it was late in the day. I offered to rescheduled but he promised to be out to do the job. He came through and even though the installation was complicated due to my tv not having the correct booklet we got on line and found the right instruction and he had put up it up no time. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him back when I'm ready to put in my surround sound.

Let me start by saying I was not ready for the appointment, the tech happily rescheduled for that evening and came back and finished the job. All of the work was done cleanly and quickly. Would definitely use again and recommend.
