Ayden abd Marybeth worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of when my insurance company refused to send an adjuster to assess damages to my home. They've been open and accomodating to answering every question I had and were prompt with communication and service.

I needed my roof inspected after a severe hail storm. Clay was on time, inspected the roof on the garage and home, also inspected the rain guards. He discussed his findings and recommended that no replacement was required, and the rain guards while showing some minor storm damage, was still functional and didn't feel replacing them would be of benefit at this time. I was pleased that he took the time to review everything and also felt the roof had many years of service left.

Product and installation was excellent, but the gem was the customer service. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. Marybeth was on top of everything with great follow-through.
