Arrived on time. Programed remote very quick. Looked over garage door and explained some issues which cost $500-$600 to fix. I thought their prices were very high for the issue and for programing the remote. Although I was very happy with their service. It took him only a few minutes to program the remote. I would recommend their services but let my friends know they were a little pricey.

I hired Precision because I had an emergency, my garage door cable and all was broken and I wanted it repaired NOW. They were here in 45 minutes, assessed the situation and had supplies on their truck and had it repaired and running within 2 hours. I was very happy with Eric (I think was his name). Very pleasant and qualified. I can't comment on the price because I have no clue of a comparison. The bill was $564 for a complete new door opening system.

Tried to sell me there openers eben thought I hab already purchased one and only wanted wanted them to install it. Told me the one was not a good brand even though the reviews said different replaced doir spring the price was alot more than it would. Have cost if I purchased it from Lowes but I was not sure it could have been ajusted since it was not broken.

Josh arrived on time as advertized and knew what was wrong. He had the part on his truck and installed it, tested it good and went to his next job. Josh is knowledgeable, friendly, and does a good job. Price seemed fair.
