Professional and arrived on time. Seemed very knowledgeable and genuine in his opinion/assessments. Luckily he had a new motherboard in his truck and was able to replace on the spot. Got my garage door opener up and running in no time. Would hire again. Not a huge fan of the $80 assessment fee, but I have also never had to hire anyone for a garage door issue before (so maybe it's standard?) Overall very positive experience!

Nick was very professional and honest. He evaulated the issue I was having with the door and gave a couple options. He didn't try to scare me into replacing my door, but provided a great alternative to fix what was wrong. I will definately call them again should I ever need.
