Our son had used Precision Garage Door last week and highly recommended them. I called because our two garage door receivers/openers were acting up and not working efficiently. I received an apptt same day and Austin was on time and explained everything very thoroughly - no pushy sales pitch, gave me multiple options. Austin personifies excellence in professionalism. He installed two new garage door motors, programmed our phones to the app, our cars, and was very thorough throughout the entire process. We LOVE our new openers and appreciated the service we received! It was such a pleasure working with Austin!

Andrew did a fantastic job getting my door back up and operational. He also walked me through what is going to happen with my door down the road. He was also on-time and very friendly.

Eric Gellenbeck was the service tech and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Work done as described and was very efficient in performing all the work.

Eric Gellenbeck was attentive and awesome. Fixed our door and was honest about what needed to be done. He called and lets us know his ETA which is always a plus. He was very friendly and courteous. We still need a motor replacement this summer and yes we will be calling Precision to complete it. I will be requesting Mr. Eric to do the job. I trust that job will be done correctly. Andrew S came out to look into why my garage door was having issues closing. He was very friendly and laid back...explained what the issue was and then explained some options for more short term and long term fixes. Once I picked out what I wanted to do he got to work and my garage door closes so much better. Def recommend him again.

Nick contacted me in the morning to give me his ETA for a comprehensive $99 tune-up special appointment. From the moment he arrived he was personable, professional, clearly very knowledgable and very experienced. While starting the tune-up he quickly discovered that some of the issues which I thought would simply benefit from a little tightening, roller replacements and lubrication ⠠- were actually signs of a potentially hazardous electrical failure of the motor ⠠and that the springs already were well beyond functional life/strength. (Both of which were very old)⠨. ⠨He answered every question I had, and clearly showed me and provided demonstrations of what was of concern. However he never once pressured me to make a decision to do any extra work. He simply reviewed options for repairs if I decided to do those, and then also replacement costs, timing options for each, with a range of prices depending on my needs/budget/desire. ⠨⠨I felt like I was taking to my brother or a best friend. But I still took time to research the issues presented and the options ⠠and ultimately had Nick replace motor, belt and springs through Precision Door Service. He didn⠠t rush, and tested everything. PDS will tell you themselves that they are not the cheapest provider ⠠nor are they trying to fill that niche. Instead after thorough review of what they could provide, it was clear that they provided the greatest value for the dollar. Nick, and his employer ( Joel Belyew) who I also spoke with, and was very impressed with, provided me with: a Quality product; Experienced Installation; Fantastic warranty; and the most stress-free service & non-pushy sale purchase decisions I have ever made in the last 50 years. Thank you Nick Zatkoff (and Mr. Belyew) for this, and for enhancing the value of my home and for helping me protect my wife, kids and grandkids!
