Top To Bottom Powerwash

Will never recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude to the extent of fighting with customer. I hired Rick Escalante for a power wash. Informed him I had my front door stained (very expensive job). He comes and pressure washes my newly stained door! This wasnâ t deliberate and I understand, but heâ s liable to restore it to how it was. He was apologetic, said he does door staining and will take care of it. I suggested I pay him fifty% for the wash and the other fifty upon restoring the door. He insisted I pay him in full that day, walks away unprofessionally when I say no then comes back later and takes full payment with the promise he would take care of the door (I paid $350 for the staining to the door contractors!). He comes back the next day and I start hearing excuses that the door contractors did a lousy job and that he cannot restore it back to its original condition. At one point he blamed me for not getting the job done properly the first time!! Unbelievable! The door contractors had done a great job, I donâ t care what type of base they used. It looked good when it was done. Rick then returned the next day, did some touch upâ s and left without making sure I had seen it. The reason was clear, he did a half ass job, did not restore the door to how it was and I have patches now on the door I had spent $350 to restore. I had a couple of phone conversations with Mr Rick later in which he was rude and highly unprofessional. One of my worst contractor experiences!

Rick power washed the siding of my house made it look brand new again. No paint job needed. He also did my driveway, porch & garage and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I had him come back out to do my fence and then he stained it. Very nice guy, trustworthy an professional. I’d highly recommend. Thanks Mr Rick.
