Our entire experience from start to finish was friendly, timely, professional, efficient, and overall hassle free. Jason from Positively Charged Electric called the very next morning to give me a quote after receiving my request from HomeAdvisor and was able to schedule us in for the repair the same week. He was extremely friendly over the phone and was even more so in person. He arrived on time, finished very quickly and was what every home owner hopes a hired service provider will be. We are saving his contact information for any job that arises in the future and are going to pass his contact info along to our family/friends. Highly recommended and we would give him 5 stars across the board.

Jason was fantastic. I didn't know if I had enough attic room for a whole house fan and he did all the measurements and talked to me about my options. He was here when he said he would be. Installation was professional and exactly what he told me he was going to do. I will definitely call him again for any electrical work.

In today's world of abysmal customer service and work quality Jason truly stands out in contrast by offering amazing service and exceptional work quality. Jason was on time, fixed a telephone problem that many others had not even been able to figure out, and was very reasonably priced. There are not enough positive words in the English vocabulary to describe the high work and service qualities that Jason provided. On top of all that I was even given some restaurant recommendations by this very friendly person! I have just found my "Go to" Master electrician for all future electrical work I may need. Two thumbs up! Truly exceptional!

He gave me a window of available times, he followed up the day before the appointment to confirm and he made arrangements over the phone for parts and even gave me suggestions of high quality outdoor flood lights that I could buy at Home Depot. This allowed me to shop and compare brands, features, etc. and buy the product myself. Having this kind of control over a project as a homeowner is important to me and I was very pleased with his approach and suggestions. He was on time, explained what he had done and was professional. Also quite affordable. Highly recommended.
