If you need garage door repairs or a replacement, I highly recommend Jeff Marshall with Portal Select. I had to replace my wooden garage door and I contacted four companies. Why do I recommend Jeff? 1. Jeff arrived on time for both the estimate and the installation. 2. During his appraisal of the size needed, I asked Jeff why my door would not shut completely unless I pushed the remote or wall operative several times. After observing the door when I attempted to close the door, he pinpointed the problem. He not only fixed this issue, but he also checked and tightened all the bolts and screws. Many were very loose. Jeff did this without expecting any compensation and we had not yet discussed pricing of door replacement! 3. Jeff removed the old wooden door and installed a new steel door within 4 hours. He disposed of the old door. 4. Jeff painted my new door and cleaned the garage floor. Jeff is professional, pleasant, on time, efficient, very knowledgeable, obviously goes above and beyond expectations, a problem solver and best of all the cost of his replacement was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 companies!!!! 949-482-7378 [email protected]

Cynthia was super-responsive to set up an appointment and quote costs via text message. Tech Jeff was also timely with his estimated arrival and what it took to fix the door opener so that everything worked perfectly. He also performed a maintenance job that'll keep everything in good repair for a long time to come. Great job, great company, great people!
