I recently had the pleasure of working with Poolside Concepts to remodel my pool and I couldn't be happier with the results. Liz, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Liz listened to my ideas and provided valuable input to help make my vision a reality. There’s not much that I can say positive about Poolside Concept, Inc. Liz the owner, she uses sub-contractors for every part of the re-model of pools. The tile crew chipped off the 3X3 tile we were keeping in place and said nothing to us before doing it. These tile lined the front top lip of the stairs and benches in the pool. I believe that lack of communication was the problem in this case as well. Then the tile crew was supposed to remove all and replace the caulking that seals the top of the wall tile to the coping. They left numerous voids in the sealant as well as a 12” long section that they didn’t even try to tool in place. Poolside Concepts were aware of the problem with the tile, for three weeks before they installed the new plaster. They just neglected to take care of the problem. The plaster crew cut off a pipe that had a cap on it and did not install a new cap, they simply filled it with plaster. Also, that pipe has black around the outer side of the pipe which looks

Poolside Concepts gave us the pool of our dreams! I didn't even think our new pool was possible. Our original pool, built in the early 60s, had seen its better days. Liz came in and listened to what we wanted. Told us about the features she likes to incorporate into her clients' pools. All i can say is, wow, wow, wow! Ask her about sun deck, bubbler, ceramic inlays, etc. We have the most amazing pool now, and Poolside Concepts did it all on time (despite monsoon-like rain) and on budget. I will be using Liz and Poolside Concepts for ANYTHING else I want\need done to my pool. I won't let anyone else touch it!

Very thorough explanation of procedure and what would be included in resurfacing my pool. Gave several more options on start time and surfaces to choose from. Price was right also.
