Very thorough explanation of procedure and what would be included in resurfacing my pool. Gave several more options on start time and surfaces to choose from. Price was right also.

Liz, the owner, was very professional. Work started when promised. The three brothers who did the tile and coping were excellent. Whoever applied the Deck O Seal probably didnt know what they were doing, and it looked awful. Liz made sure they took it out and reapplied, and it looked much better. I actually started noticing some problems with the plaster within a few weeks- streaks and staining. Liz made sure the plasterer came out and looked at the problem. No one knew what caused the problem, but Liz took care of it. The pool was re-plastered with all the steps necessary for the process. The pool looks great. I highly recommend Poolside Concepts

The final result is excellent. The only problem was several delays in getting work. Started job in May. The crew would work for a few hours then I would not see them for a week or two. Final finished on September 30th with the exception of a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Delays were due to a crew no longer used.

Special attention from owner (Liz) throughout the renovation of the pool.. Coping, Tile and Plaster..looks better now than it did 15 years ago..POOLSIDE CONCEPTS RULES!!

I was delighted with Pool Concepts. I had a fairly small job to do and was treated as if I were spending a million bucks, from first introduction to filling the pool. We even have a pair of ducks that visit every night! Can t wait to swim.

Met with Liz twice. She gave me a quote and the work started the next day. My pool was in bad shape. They are not completed yet, but so far I think we will almost have a new pool. It is looking good. Randy P.

My pool is about 27 years old and was in poor condition. Liz provided the best quote for a new tile/coping and plaster job for the pool. The job was completed on time and budget. We experienced an issue with one of the skimmers and she arranged for the repair and oversaw the job. This was an additional charge but I was confident she gave me the best price for the work and the plumber did an excellent job as did the rest of her crew.

Our pool was 40 years old and needed to be re-everythinged! Poolside Concepts created an amazing oasis in our backyard with the most amazing pool with a brilliant color and exquisite tile and coping. We are delighted! Thank you, Liz.

Liz was the only quote (out of four or five) I got that was detailed. She spent time explaining the process to us and what it would entail. We got the quote in October but we weren't ready to have the work done until June. When we called her, she scheduled us much quicker than I expected. She checked in on the job daily and always returned phone calls and text messages. She was a pleasure to work with and we are having her crew repair our decking next. I would definitely recommend Liz!
