Liz and her team did a great job resurfacing and re-tiling our pool. She is responsive, detailed and takes her time with you. She explained every step of the process and ALWAYS RETURNED PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY. We did have one issue when the tile guys installed the wrong tile. Liz gave us a couple of options and we had her replace the incorrect tile. She did it without complaining, never tried to make an excuse, just simply fixed the problem. You can't ask for much more than that. One suggestion during the sandblasting phase (which is why the rating is 4.5 vs. 5.0) is to put towels or something in your skimmer before they sandblast. We ended up with sand in the multiport valve and had to clean it a few times to get all the sand out. Other than that it was a great experience, she didn't try and oversell us something we did not need, didn't find any "hidden problems" that would have increased the cost and she did what she said she would do. I have NEVER written a positive review for a contractor before, but Liz is the real deal. She is all about customer service. Thank you Liz.

Project was completed and looks very good. Did take a while to get the project off the ground. Seemed as though it was bit longer to get it initiated than I had expected. Otherwise very satisfied.

Liz with Poolside Concepts was incredibly responsive from start to finish including phoning me virtually immediately after submitting my RFP on Home Advisor and then driving an hour to meet with me the very next Sunday to look at the job. I would tell from the time and attention she gave to looking over my pool prior to even discussing what was needed that she knew what she was doing. We then talked options for my pool and the pros and cons that she presented regarding alternative approaches to my renovation were exactly what my prior research had shown. I went with all new tile and quartz plaster. The work was done on budget and ahead of schedule even though I am located an hour's drive from OKC. Her craftsmen, tile people and pool people were very attentive, careful, polite and timely. I pleased enough with my experience with Poolside Concepts that I have requested a quote from them for another aspect of refurbishing my 30 year old pool: total heater and filter equipment replacement. I predict the same excellent customer experience with that project.

Bottom line: the quality of work for the price is excellent and I recommend Poolside Concepts fully. I had new plaster, new tile, new LED lights and repaired coping for my 25 year old pool done by Liz and her crew. I think that Liz is a person of genuine integrity and any problems that we ran in to, she took care of to my satisfaction. She gave me an upgraded tile selection without charging me the added price because my other selection was on 6 week back order; she added matching small tile accents to my steps that weren't there before; she gave me a new pool brush and came out to make sure that all my chemicals were balanced once the pool was full. My only real complaint was a communication issue about the coping repair (which she resolved to my satisfaction) and that the labor crew didn't have the attention to detail that they could/should have, resulting in two sloppy looking spots. Ultimately, the pool looks great...if not perfect...but I am also a Type A personality...so take that with a grain of salt.

Liz was excellent. She gave me a complete list of all my options to restore my pool. She encouraged me to get at least 2 other estimates before hiring her. She said she would be in the middle and she was right. The other companies didn't explain anything.. Liz brought out samples as well as meeting me at a tile store to pick out exactly what I needed. Her crew was fast and cleaned up very well. They came on time and worked into the night. Liz kept me informed by phone and text, I feel like I have a new friend! I would highly recommend Poolside Concepts and her crews to anyone and I have! If you would like a great referral give me a call!

Liz provided a very thorough estimate and took the time to explain all my options. She brought samples and gave me sound advice on how to proceed. The job was done quickly and professionally. My pool looks better than I ever thought it could.

Personalized service, great communication. Liz is very easy to work with, and their warranty is unmatched by any other company. Clean-up of area surrounding pool could have been better.

Pool Doctors....Don't walk away from them.....run!! They will communicate with you and be right on time for their money but other than that their communications skills are horrible at best. Here are just some of the issues I have had with them; I would be writting a book if I listed them all!! The paint they put on our Kool Deck started to fade in spots in a matter of a couple weeks and they still have not fixed it!! There are spots on the new plaster that needed attention as soon as they were finished and filling the pool but still have not fixed it!! They drained our pool to replaster and left the pump running dry for hours until we came home to shut it off. When they tied in new deck drains to our existing sewer line, instead of having a certified plumber do the work, they had the deck crew do it and they just busted a whole in the original sewer line, shoved the new 4" drain pipe into the hole and covered it up with dirt. They didn't plan on me coming behind them and digging up their work to inspect though and got flat busted!! They have been discredited by the Better Business Bureau for failure to complete mediation steps with a different complaint party other than myself according to the BBB. Pool Doctors has not returned my phone calls, voicemails or text messages now for the past two months to fix the few issues we have left and according to the plaster contractors they used, they have not heard from them either and also never received payment for the plaster work they did at our house!!
