I received a call immediately after submitting the request. Mike spent a lot of time on the phone with me asking about my specific situation and offered some tips. We agreed on a date and time for his initial visit and service. Mike showed up on time and did a great job. Since that visit, he has helped with a few other pool issues. So far I am very happy with Pool Masters, I hope the great work continues!

My mom s pool was a mess due to recent winds and her previous pool guy quit coming with no notice. I put in my request on Homeadvisors and Mike called me right away. He came to the house, explained everything that needed to be done and worked miracles. He even got the jacuzzi working. The pool looks great again!!! Thank you Mike!!!!

My brand new "dream pool" developed green patches on my new beautiful pebble finish during the completion and testing phase, I so I knew I needed a pool service ASAP. I was shocked to hear that my neighbors we're not happy with their service so I began researching. After making several calls, Pool Masters was the only call back that sat right with me, Mike knowledgable, kind and extremely helpful. He had me send pics of the spots so he could diagnose the problem, and talked me out of spending $$$ at the pool supply store. He was able to fit us in the next day which really sealed the deal because I was so upset. In person he spent time with us so we could understand the workings of the systems and resolved my spots and murky water. We are so relieved that we found a trustworthy service on Home Advisor, and as picky consumers we can highly recommend Pool Masters.
