I would not hire them again. They neglected to add chemicals to the water and I was told they did. A box of large trash bags were taken by one of the workers. I noticed it missing the day after they left.

The pool looks beautiful. They did a great job. They started on time, finished on time, cleaned everything up and the crews were very friendly. I really could not ask for anything more. The price was very fair.

From the quick response for a estimate, to the start and finish of the pool resurface, including start up was excellent. Pool Innovations was the only company I had come out for an estimate. After Carmine sat down we me and explained the process, cost and the guarantee, I was sold on the product. I highly recommend this company and their process from start to finish. Everyone was very efficient, extremely polite and very clean from stat to finish.

The project was finished. They consistently showed up on time and they finished the project early. I had hoped for a the final walkthrough but have not received one. Perhaps due to the consequences of the Virus issues.

These people didn't protect my tile while plastering the pool. They didn't clean up the the plaster before they filled so my filter was covered in plaster. It was sloppy and unprofessional.

Every one of the subcontractors was outstanding. The workmanship is superb. Owner, manager, supervisor Steve very condescending, no communication, and never available or on-site. Three weeks later the residue from cleaning pebble tech from pool still on-site and never picked up. It is a large amount of white stuff laying on black plastic to be hauled away. Has been in the way for other contractors doing landscaping so it had to be moved by wheelbarrows to other locations. Have called pool innovations 4 times to remind them that it needs to be removed. My pool is beautiful and the people working for pool innovations are so skilled with 10+ years of experience. I just think owner Steve must be a miserable human being. No one working for him says a word about him, and the one time we actually did speak to him over the phone he was blaming others and took no responsibility for communication of what or when they would be working. He certainly has left a poor impression of himself.
