Our new pool is beautiful!

We contacted several pool re modelers, some never returned our call, showed up, or finished the estimate. ..These are huge red flags! Carmine came out in a timely manner, and gave us an estimate at the same time. He also made some great recommendations too. We had an old plaster pool, and wanted something new and that we could enjoy. They did a great job remodeling our swimming pool with mini pebble-tech, adding a baja deck and 2 umbrella holders, resurfacing the cool decking around the pool and patio, and replacing the filtering system. Carmine gave us some great recommendations when choosing colors, designing the baja deck, and filter. He knows his stuff, and is a very personable guy...not a huckster. The workers did a great job of removing all the old plaster, and installing the mini pebble-tech without tearing up my backyard, they also cleaned up after themselves. No mess. Other companies we talked to told us it would be months before they could complete the job.. That was the #1 thing we did not want, ...we refused to have our backyard torn up for months. Carmine made sure that once they started, they stayed on it & got it done. Start to finish it was a 2-3 weeks. (had to wait for baja deck cement to cure) Pool Innovations also gave us a very reasonable price for all the work they did. Carmine and Maria were very good about returning my calls/texts. I'm sure I was a PIA, but I am a very detail oriented person. Yes I will recommend them.

The tile workers were very professional and precise with their work. My areas of concern before work started were fixed beautifully. The pool coating installers applied the interior coating with meticulous precision. Plus they cleaned up all extra material. Our pool looks brand new and beautiful. Very pleased.

They did a great job on my 40 year old pool it looks brand new. With cool decking resealed and tile and the resurfaces. They also replaced my skimmer. Very happy with look of the pool.

We couldn't have asked for anymore, Pool Innovations gave us the Best price, met all their commitments (appointments/communication) and best of all, did an Excellent Job on our Pool Resurfacing. They did everything they quoted on time. Cleaned up well. The pool looked great when they finished.

Great communication with Carmine our salesman and Maria in the office. They kept us up to date on every step. The guys that came to the house were great as well. They all were very good at what they do and kept the area very clean for when they left. I am thrilled with the way the pool came out. The price was half of what the other bids that I compared them with and they did an excellent job.

Need more time to get a good feel

Beautiful job re-plastering my pool and new pump install. Job completed in timely manner considering the backlog of materials. Very satisfied.
