Reviews
Write a ReviewHelpful, knowledgeable, great attitude
I have used Eduardo for several of my home projects. Some big and some smaller. They are responsive, do quality work and have much experience. I would recommend them with no reservations.
They had multiple projects to do for my various properties and the only one that remains and is worthwhile was painting of one of the homes
Mr. Matt, funny great to work with, he did warn me never to mess with her ninja garden lady. She came with an attitude, I asked to have Matt talk to me and she said Oh! you want me to tell him ok. Don't worry He will do that work for you. and he did, did not let me finish work, and started doing it himself. Was not various properties were three and had me do dozens of estimates and inspections with him. But end up working only one house. full paint, pavers, removing huge old landscaping, fix a roof leak and fascia damage, pressure wash? bad mood day, made it impossible to work there anymore. the two last custom wood jobs he didn't let us finish.
Came over yesterday and gave me an estimate. Came back today to do the job and what a good job he did.
They repaired a fence and repaired an outside hole by putting screen piece over hole and securing wood that was loosened so that rodents don't go inside house Repaired and replace bottom of door that had rotten wood and had fallen. Repaired hole on wood panel door in front of house.
Very polite, explains all work to be done in detail. High quality workmanship, very detail oriented. Iâ m extremely happy with my finished product. They went above and beyond my expectations. I added more small jobs though -out the project and they were happy to add them on and completed in our time frame. Very knowledgeable and will hire again.
They did a master closet remodel that involved knocking down a wall between the original closet and a hall linen closet. Then sealing the linen closet door. **THEY ARE NOT LICENSED CONTRACTORS** Positives: They returned my phone call quickly and came out for a site visit and price quote quickly. They were very fair in the price they charged. Eduardo is a very nice guy and polite. Same for the two guys that he had working for him. Negatives: The work they did was a D+/C-. They did not finish the job, they left me to do a final paint job on one wall and screw in a piece of closet cabinets on another wall. The quality of the work they did was not good. They finished the job a week behind schedule. They claimed it would be a 2 or 3 day max job. It took more than 10 days. They would come to work for a few hours at a time and then leave for another job. I was told numerous times that this was a small job, and that they had many other bigger jobs going at the same time. They did not bring the necessary tools all the time. They lost an entire day because they did not bring their own ladder to my house and had to use my smaller ladder to get into the attic to drill a bolt. Eduardo bought the wrong size drywall and then told me that he had to buy that size because the government had bought up all the normal size drywall that he usually uses. He was going to leave the job finished with very obvious tape lines underneath the paint on the wall he had sealed, until i asked him to please conceal the lines. In the end, he did not use the orange peel surface that is on every other wall. There are still also very obvious marks and lines. They did a poor job with the caulking on the ceiling on the inside of the closet. They did a poor job cleaning up. They never once used a vacuum. They did not mop, only wiped the floor with a wet towel. They regularly used the bathroom sink to clean off their paintbrushes. They are nice guys, but they are just not good. You are better off paying more money and waiting a little longer to get a licensed contractor/builder who will do the job right.
Mr. Adam, in our agreement. I asked you if you had a professional tell you that wall you wanted to be demolished is not a loan bean bearing you said yes. But the night before you called not to go because you had an engineer inspecting it? That, your moving in days and the extra work you add AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, change 3 to 10 days. The first day I went to work in demo, you made me go to the attic to install these huge three bolts to secure your bean that is why I borrowed your lather, remember? Instead of demolished your furniture closet now to be reinstalled, and remove tile floor, if you cannot do it, I borrow your tool and I'll do it, you said.
I was put in contact with Picasso Remodelling along with several other contractors by HomeAdvisor on a Wednesday and they came to my house a few hours later to give me a quote for the job and once we agreed on the price, they started on Friday. They gave me a schedule and kept to it, sending people to our house every day till the work was done. They are courteous, competent and professional and they cleaned up after themselves every day. They are true tradesmen. I cannot say enough good things about this company and we are already talking to them about our next project.
He's okay and a good contact.
They arrived on time and were efficient in the three tasks I needed completed. I am happy
