He got us on the schedule for the following week, showed up right on time and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't realize my windows were double pane so he had to re-order and make another appointment. My Mom's window is tinted so he ordered glass that would match her existing windows better. The fact that he cares about what he does really shows through and in this day and age, that's very rare!"
