The company and quality of service was excellent; however, the price was a little much. It took 20 minutes to stretch and refasten carpet 6 feet of carpet. Paid the $150.00 because we needed to job done quickly, but could have had it done for less.

The work performed in the end was well done and high quality. I just had communication problems and wasted time because my requests and instructions were not followed requiring the first worker to be replaced and even the final worker not having requested tack strips necessitating extra work. Also - the price was increased when problems with the installation became apparent even though the scope of the work and installation details had been well communicated by me.

Nice folks to deal with. Had carpets stretched and cleaned as well as tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Totally happy with their work. Pleasant technician, punctual and paper free invoicing. I thought a bit pricy for tile and grout but they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

They sent someone out just hours after I called which was a huge bonus since we are trying to get our condo rented ASAP. Hector called ahead of time to see if he could be there early as I had requested. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and was extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair to anyone looking to restore their carpets. Not only are they clean, but they look brand new!

I wanted carpet stretched. I had not agreed or gotten a price for the carpet cleaning, but the service workers came with a printed work order which included cleaning. I did agree to it. I discovered that they damaged a cactus by my curb with their truck.
