Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning

I don't know much about the actual company. Just that the technician, Russ, who provided my service was outstanding. He actually took the time to do the best job possible, and his years of experience stretching and repairing carpet showed in his work. (No shoddy shortcuts!) Also, he was very professional and personable. The cost for the overall job was pretty pricey, but for Russ to do the work, it was work it. I'd encourage customers to specially request him. (I don't know anything about the other Technicians.)

The workman arrived on time and did an excellent job of stretching our wall to wall carpet to cover a small gap between our new sliding patio door and the edge of the carpet. The price was a little high but it was disclosed before they came out. Since they came out quickly and did such an excellent job, the price was reasonable.

The tech was on time, friendly, professional and did a great job. Would recommen them to anybody.
