    Was just a very small repair for the money I paid but I wanted the warranty. Customer service on the phone and repair person were both excellent.

    Kim was great on the phone! She explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood the process. Keith did an awesome job with repairing/re-stretching our carpet. The repairs were seamless and we enjoyed talking with him.

    Keith did the work on our carpet. Job was first class we had the wrong molding to complete the job Keith was very knowledgeable about resolving the issue and getting the job completed to our satisfaction.

    First , we signed up on a Saturday , (after hours) and got a Monday morning 9am appointment for carpet repair , stretch , and cleaning. Called us at 8am on Monday to say it would be 10:30 to 12:30 as the appointment was set by HOME ADVISORS , and not Phoenix cleaning and repair ( I took off work, rescheduled MY CUSTOMERS to be ready at 9am, so waiting till 12:30 to finally see RUSS, THE Phoenix cleaning guy , my day was shot. Advised company on phone they should have something put in HOME ADVISORS APPOINTMENT THAT IT WILL BE TENATIVE UNTIL COMPANY VERIFIES TIME SET BY HOME ADVISORS. Anyway " RUSS" was excellent ! And did a GREAT JOB ! Price was fair , but be advised if you book with company themselves on phone , and you don't accept any service when they come to your home , it's a $ 90.00 service charge according to lady that called me to originally update me on scheduled arrival time . I will use them again, now that I know what the deal is, and RUSS DOES THE WORK.

The woman on the phone told us, our schedule should have been synced with Home Advisor, but it was not because they had reached their maximum amount of customers they are able to sync with! She apologized and we made arrangements to avoid this in the future. We are glad to hear you were satisfied with the work RUSS did for you Monday. All things considered, I think we did all that we could have done to correct the situation and make it right. We try to be as up front and honest with our pricing and policies as possible when you book an appointment.
