Mike and his team are quick, courteous and the ones you want to do your work. My roof looks brand new. The cost was great. I called one day and 2 days later I had a beautiful roof. In this day and age of hiring people to do home improvements, Mike was exemplary! Not only did he give a prompt estimate, when hired, he gave a start and end date that he followed exactly. His work ethic was one to be admired. At the same time, he was very personable. Will hire him again if work needs to be done.

Mike was a very honest with the kind of integrity that is hard to find, at times, in contractors. He advised against any power washing of the roof because it can decrease the life of the roof. Instead for a modest price they cleaned the gutters and sprayed the roof to get rid of the moss. After inspecting the roof he noted numerous cracks in the shingles (he took pictures) and advised we contact Owens Corning to file a claim. These composite shingles were supposed to last at least 10 more years. In our warranty research we found out there is a class action lawsuit against Owens Corning, which includes the type of shingles we have, for premature cracking. In the near future we will be replacing the roof and I have Premier Construction at the top of my list to do the work.
