Mike and his crew did an excellent job replacing my old torch-down roof with rubberized asphalt shingle, and removing the original integrated gutters and installing new metal gutters. The price was very reasonable, and they did the job quickly. Mike was great about verifying what I wanted done at each step, and making sure I was satisfied with the work afterwards. I'd be happy to hire him again.

A tree fell on our house during a recent windstorm. We lucked out by finding Performance Roofing. Mike was phenomenal to work with. He was incredibly communicative, affordable, and did excellent work. Not only that, the speed at which they completed the work was spectacular. I was expecting to wait in line 2-3 months to have the large scale repair done but they were able to squeeze us in within a matter of days. Mike was onsite throughout the project and absolutely went the extra mile. We couldn't be happier with his service and the completed work.

I am in Real Estate and Management of RE. I need a roofer more than most. Mike is the replacement I was lucky to find when my longtime Roofer retired and went to Arizona. I was lucky that a professional friend of mine referred me over to Mike. Mike jumped in immediately and did exactly what he said he would do. It was a large and difficult roof that needed repairs and his talents. He was as good as my past roof and like in the past he also made me climb up and look at the quality of work they did. I am very happy and fussy. I can now still be fussy!
