Fantastic company to work with. As all of the other reviewers have said, Mike takes great pride in his work. He and his crew are thorough, professional, and extremely hard working. We loved his attention to detail and commitment to completing every step of the project up to the highest standards. Mike's pricing was also fair and reasonable. We look forward to ask him back this summer to paint our house.

Mike clearly has great pride of workmanship, and so he should. He came and assessed my roof within a day of my contacting him. He was able to add my house to his schedule on extremely short notice, at a good price. He and his crew did a great job--the new roof looks wonderful. A few days after the work was completed, my renter had a concern about the roof (which had to do with an exhaust pipe, not the roof itself), and Mike returned quickly to assess it. While on the roof, he fixed the exhaust pipe and also did some chimney repair--both clearly beyond the scope of the roof contract--at no added cost. He is a true professional, a roofing expert and craftsman who cares deeply about delivering high quality work. Since I do not currently live in the city where my house is located, I felt nervous about hiring a company sight unseen. I need not have worried--I was quite fortunate to have found Premier Construction Services, LLC.

Mike is a man of his word and keeps his customer informed of the stages of the roofing job. He is polite & personable.

In addition to patching the leak in my roof, Mike inspected the rest of the roof and told me it was in good shape. I appreciated him doing that.

Mike went far beyond his quote to replace my roof. He leveled the sagging ridge and rafters. He and his team worked extra couple of days to remove the infested insulation, sprayed mold killer on the lumber and replaced insulation in attic (this was not part of the original quote but he did not want to leave me without an insulated roof). He also installed a new 14" Velux Sun Tunnel for my living room and worked around electrician for new power service pole and wiring. Each day Mike brought his giant truck to take away the construction debris so there is no huge dumpster sitting in my driveway during the week. They worked 12 to 14 hours to finish the job on time even though they were delayed by the extra work to remediate the mold in attic. Without reservation, I will recommend Mike and his team for their extremely high quality work.

Mike submitted a very reasonable bid for a higher end asphalt roof replacement. He takes great pride in his work and provides pictures of the roof at each stage of the job - documentation that I have never had another contractor offer. The finished roof is evidence of his high quality workmanship. In addition, the job was completed less than a week after he gave me his bid.

Mike and his crew worked quickly but did high quality work and product. He kept me updated all the way through the job and listened to my requests and met everyone of them. I would recommend him highly to anyone that wants the job done right. He takes pride in the work he does.

Good job done by them on the roof. Needed to remind them of the cleaning up, but they did do that. Might have been overpriced, but the quality of the work was very good. Would recommend them and use them again.
