Do not hire this Irrigation Service. After coming to our home to do a comprehensive redo of our Irrigation System, the job was not done well. He came back twice more to correct the whole thing and charged us each time. The system was still not correct and we had to hire another Irrigation Service to do the job correctly.

Response from Company:

Upon my initial visit customer was sure of what HE wanted and not what was suggested. I did exactly what was asked of me, replacing broken heads ect. The customer even had me set the frequency and minutes for his property against my recommendation. I had him sign to that effect. Upon my departure, he was happy and got exactly what he asked for. All of my other 58 reviews are 5 star with pleased customers, that should tell you something about this situation.

The problem I had was that the spinklers did not come on. $857. Into the project the same problem existed, sprinklers still did not come on. minor problems were fixed and two parts replaced, but they were not the cause of the problem.

Response from Company:

Customer had many problems including well issues. When we started replacing 15 broken heads, leaking pipes, and bad valves, customer was informed that there may also be well issues. We put that in writing and I had her sign to that effect. Most of the fee's paid were necessary and have nothing to do with her need for a well replacement.

Donny contacted me in timely manner. He was available to come right away to give me an estimate,showed up early for the appointment. Came evaluated the work to be done and listened to my concerns and things I wanted done. Gave me an estimate and offered to start working on the project right away, we agreed on a price that he was flexible. He explained the work to be done and started working right away. Donny is very friendly and courteous and has a great personality completed the work on time and done a great job. Planning on hiring him again on another project would definitely recommend him.
