Donnie showed up 2 times, tried to address the problem, only to find it was an irrigation well problem, once well was corrected he got the job done in a timely manner, irrigation works like a charm, 5 stars all around

Very expensive. Talked to other sprinkler companies. He charges $89.00 for 1/2 hour than i believe $60.00 an hour. Would not hire again

I think there is a mistake. Don't believe I ever did work for this customer. Anyway my prices are fair, I'm a very fast worker and get an above average amount of work done in an hour, also prices are discussed and agreed upon in advance. I'm proud to have over 60 FIVE star reviews. I guess you cannot please everyone 100% of the time, even though that is my goal. Certain fees must be maintained when you are licensed, insured, and bonded.

He was here for about an hour and a half the first day. He came back the next day and charged us a second trip charge. He was very nice and helpful and did great work. Just a little too expensive.

Customer very nice but think she has made a mistake. They decided they wanted another sprinkler head added and I returned at no charge, and added it for only cost of the materials used. It ended up being cost of materials ($30.00) and no charge for labor. They were very pleased upon my departure.

Don had to trouble shoot as we did not know what was causing the problem but ultimately problem solved. Don is honest, straightforward and did a great job. He went above and beyond checking and solving all our sprinkler concerns. Will definitely hire him again if needed.

Sometimes there is no avoiding a labor intensive troubleshooting of a older suction line running from the pump leading to a hidden, long covered, well head. It involves digging and visually following the pipe to locate potential leak points. Again I left the customer with a smile and a working irrigation system. I appreciate his business.
