Donn was AMAZING! He was so quick to answer and get out to my house. He is more than fair in price and goes the extra mile to make sure all your concerns are answered. Donnie was on time, explained all the possible issues, we discussed pricing to the best we could given the unknown solutions to whatever problems we found in system. He kept me fully informed as work progressed and although the final cost was roughly 15% above my budget, given the extensive work to complete the job, and the previous quote I had received was almost double Donnies final cost, I was very happy indeed and highly recommend his independent service.
