after going to the service magic website and hitting enter to submit the request, after about 45 seconds this contractor called me! AMAZING! came to the house quicly, solved the heat pump problem while dealing with my annoying pets, and gave me a fair price. it turned out to be just a blown fuse that i never would have found myself. 5 STARS!

Allen from Paramount was prompt, competent, and courteous. We needed an emergency fix and he was here in less than two hours. He gave a clear explanation of the problem, solution and the pricing (which was very reasonable). Hopefully our furnace doesn't give us any more trouble down the road, but if it does, we will definitely be calling Paramount Heating & Air Conditioning.
