Allen was terrific: professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came to my home in blizzard conditions and really made the effort to diagnose my furnace issue, not just get the system up and running again. We had a snow storm that weekend, almost 20" of snow. Wouldn't you know it, our heat pump stopped working over night. The next morning, I put in a ServiceMagic request and 2 hours later, Allen at Paramount called me. He came over within the hour and by 1pm, our heat was working again. Thanks, again, Allen!

Paramount proved to be trustworthy and made suggestions on what I needed and stated if I had any other problems to call them because they backed their worked. EXCELLENT SERVICES!
