Extremely honest and affordable. He advised me that my unit was old but good and cleaned it up. It required a drain hose which he left to get. He only charged me a little over $100. I would use him again.

The technician was very professional, courteous, and conscientious. He was punctual when he could and called when he knew he would be delayed. He was also very skilled, and consulted carefully with technical support when he had the slightest question.

This is the first review I have ever written.... That is how strongly I feel about this company! My furnace was broken and was told by another company that I needed an entire unit. I wanted another opinion so I submitted a request through home advisor. Ten seconds later, Paramount was calling me. They arrived about an hour later for a free estimate. An hour after that my furnace was repaired for significantly less than I was quoted by other companies. Speedy, reliable, friendly service. I highly recommend them! They saved my $2000!

They came on a Saturday for an estimate and ordered the part needed on Monday. Installation was quick and our repairman was very knowledgeable. He kept in contact with me regarding parts and had availability to return to repair the part right away.

Alan, one of the pros through Paramount, contacted me in under 5 minutes!! He was able to accommodate my need for after 4pm, and happen to also be available that evening!! Amazing!! He was very professional on arrival, got right to work, explained what the problem & solution was, and was done before I knew it. My furnace works well once again and will definitely use this company again!! Thank you!!
