Contractor responded very quickly to my request. Was willing to come out late in the same day to assess problem and provide a reasonable quote. Was flexible with schedule to do the work a few days later because of inclement weather condition. Came across as knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. I intend to use this contractor again for future heating and A/C repair and maintenance.

Allen called less than 30 seconds after I placed the request and came to the house at 7:30pm to assess the problem! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and had the air back to chilly in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Allan was great! He called before I even finished filling out the online request, then came to the house promptly and gave us the lowest estimate. Then he came out and installed the furnace humidifier, made no mess, and very patiently explained everything twice, once to me and once to my husband. Couldn't be better!! If I have any problems with my furnace or air conditioner, I'll call him.
