Paul and his crew ( I think his name was Waldo?) did a great job. They were able to do the job immediately. They removed and installed a new water heater. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they left everything clean. There wasn't a trace of nthem being here, except for the new water heater.

Paul is an incredibly personal, delightful, and nice young man. He is very knowledgeable of what he has been doing - plumbing. His fees are very reasonable and Paul provides good and quality work. Paul responded quickly to our call and he went out of his way to fit us into his busy schedule so that we were able to have hot water immediately.

Our home was only 3 years old and our water heater sprung a leak leaving water all over our garage. Paul not only came quickly, he also did research and found out our water heater was still under warranty, saving us a lot of money. We call on a Saturday morning and he arrived shortly after and on time - great! We had two blocked toilets and flooding - he looked around and found the problem and was able to fix everything and explain to us how to fix the blocked toilet if it happens again! He had quoted us a price when we called based on our description and he reduced the bill by quite a bit when he looked over the problem, saw what was involved and solved it - excellent!! We thought it would have been a huge job given We will not only use him again for anything plumbing related but we will highly recommend him to all our friends. Paul should be your first call when you need a plumber any day of the week.

Paul was prompt, personable, and competent. The project was a water heater replacement. He worked quickly, quietly, and took care that the cat did not escape while the door had to be open. The price was competitive.

Paul came to house promptly. He shared with me what needed to be done and why. I did not feel pressure in making decisions based on his free estimate. I will call him the next time I have a plumbing issue. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Paul was great, he was able to quickly solve my problem even after figuring out that it was much more complicated than I originally thought. Not only was he able to fix the water pressure on the line leading to the fridge, he was able to fix two other minor issues I had in my two bathrooms. The water line running to my fridge was very low pressure so the water would only trickle out of the dispenser. Paul was able to run a line from the pipes feeding the sink into the valve that is feeding the fridge and cap the old line. This fixed my pressure problems and my fridge is finally running normally and dispensing water/making ice. The original problem is fixed and so are 2 other issues that I didn't even think about at first with the bathroom sink and shower both.

I'm a senior who really needed my only toilet unclogged. All the so called 24/7 plumbing agencies could not come out until the next day. Paul's 8 - 8 service came out promptly and did an excellent job in getting the clogging item out and the toilet back in service. Friendly professional and thorough. I highly recommend him .
