Alberto and his team did an excellent job in my house, they were attentive to every detail, a clean and efficient job. I recommend them 100%

Alberto seemed very nice over the phone. We were still living in SC when we closed and when he went to look at the unit. We had not seen in person and my mom went with him to open up unit lent him a key he said he would bring his team and would have the whole place done in 5-6 days. He knew the date our furniture and we were arriving April 11th. He said he would start April 1st. Long story short when I got there I brought up many areas that I had concerns with both in writing and in person he blamed the movers, he actually said in a text sometimes in tough spaces the paintbrush doesnâ t fit when I asked why I see a lot of green paint under the white I had seles red. His estimate covered treatment and priming of every wall door and trim and two coats of his chosen Sherwin-Williams when I asked about Benjamin Moore he said no Sherman Williams is what he uses and itâ s much better. He also verbally and in writing guaranteed his work three weeks after he left all the paint in my house started peeling the doors. The paint was peeling like rubber. Thereâ s green paint coming through. Itâ s chipping. Itâ s peeling, which tells me there was no primer clearly underneath the doors, which is what I paid for, and the paint was likely very old. I gave Alberto multiple chances to come and try and fix the problem. At least the problem areas. He ignored every single text. He still has my key after multiple times of asking for it back. I even offered to go pick it up at his home , at this point, I will be taking him to court stay very far away from this individual. He is a scammer. He is not honest and he frankly does not know what he is doing.
