"Hired them to replace original (brittle and tiled) bedroom ceiling with drywall + paint it. They were one of only about two companies to be responsive with me. They were the more costly option out of who got back to me, but they were more thorough in their estimate (they actually came to look at the job beforehand) + they were the only one accepting modern forms of payment. While I didn't feel I had much of a choice on who to hire for this project, I will absolutely hire them by choice for my next drywall install! They were incredibly kind, thorough, timely and just overall helpful. The value is there!"

"Salesman and project manager was Dave. He priced our mold damage and repair job to where we couldn't say no, then he explained what and how his crew would do work to code for the mold testing and abatement. There was GREAT communications by all three C2C workers during this time, we NEVER felt forgotten or like we needed to complain about things getting done. Due to a back injury, I couldn't help much on cleanout day and C2C helped out WAY more than needed. For a minor charge they boxed and bagged our belongings and furniture into our rented POD and were cheerful and top notch workers all the way. Returning our furniture and belongings to the front rooms was the same outstanding experience as we moved onto the second part of our job, the living room and dining room mold problems. Once again C2C was outstanding clearing out our belongings and furniture to the POD. A wall was removed in the dining room, the rotten subfloor was replaced in the living room and the dining room ceiling had to be removed to get to the mold problems there. We encountered more problems with prior repairs by other companies that didn't do what we paid them for!!! C2C made those repairs also and really kept the costs reasonable and affordable for our budget. I really appreciate C2C workers (Dave, Ricky, Donnie) for saying what they were doing and then doing EXACTLY what they said! There was never any double talk or something "wasn't their fault..." as we encountered the additional problems C2C offered solutions and pricing that kept is within the budget and on time. The workers craftmanship was simply superior, their demeanor and attitude were again TOP-NOTCH! The whole job was done on time, and we would recommend them to anyone, and we are currently hiring them for more work at our residence! Finally an honest and hard working company!!!"

"I'm happy with the work and customer service, I was worried that it would be really complicated to get the floors replaced for the unusual layout of my home but they were able to get it all done pretty easily. The cost was maybe more than I originally expected but the quality and speed made it worth it. The communication from Brandon took away my worries and doubt I had going into this and I really liked that I was asked questions I didn't think about which made for a finished product better than I pictured in my head. "I couldnâ t overstate the great job Octavio from Alico Tile and Marble did on installing my ceramic floor tile. From our first meeting It was very evident what a personable guy he was. He gave me a great price (I had other estimates) and went through explaining the process from removing carpet to the finished laying of the tile, explaining the cost of each step. He was on time every day and was very neat. I ran into a major problem when 4 boxes of tile delivered by Fed Ex showed up broken. Fed Ex then lost my tile (twice) which pushed completion of the project back a month. Octavio called me often to check if the replacement tile had arrived and assured me not to worry, he would be back to finish up the job. The tile arrived and the next day he was at my place. The floor looks beautiful and I have had many compliments on the job. I would highly recommend Alico Tile and Octavio for any tile job. So glad I picked Octavio for this job"

"Jorge and his crew did outstanding work repairing ceramic tiles that had lifted and tented. I did not have sufficient replacement tiles but Jorge researched the availability of tiles that would be suitable replacements and was able to come up with replacements that are virtually the same. Work was done in timely manner and professionally completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future flooring needs."
