In 2014, Ross pools remodeled my pool. My review on Home Advisors was not a glowing review – it was a two star. This summer, 2016, we decided to have the tile fixed, light fixed and some other minor work done on the pool. I read through Ross Pool’s current references. This is the guy that we hired in 2014. I decided to reach out to Eddie Ross and see if we could come to a win / win agreement on repairs. We did come to a win / win agreement. We have been extremely pleased with Ross Pools. Eddie Ross has gone above and beyond to satisfy us and to repair the pool. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the responsiveness to our calls. Very nice and very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue I was having and gave me detailed instructions on what else I needed to do to complete the project.

I had 4 bids on repairing all 7 valves on my swimming pool plus replacing some piping.. One company told me that they did not make the valves any more and quoted me a very high price to replace them. The other 3 compaies told me the internal parts on the vales could be replaced at a very low cost. Ross Pool Service quoted me a price substantially lower than the other two honest companies. Ross Pool Service repaired all the valves on my system and replaced the leaking piping. He did an excellent job. He and his helper made several helpful suggestions and repairs to improve the system. They eliminated several sections of piping that served no useful purpose. I intent to call them first in the future and I highly recommed them . Eddie Ross is one of the most honest and helpful repairmen I have ever worked with.
