I am very dissapointed. I gave Eddie Ross many of opportunities. I hired him for other jobs, he is a nice guy. He has repaired my pool by installing a used heater, a new pool pump. I was pleased although he is not reliable and very hard to reach. I hired him again to level my patio with self-leveling concrete. He said it would take him at least 10 bags, I saw what he used it was not even near 10 bags, he used 4 bags. The self-leveling concrete has started cracking, it was a terrible job, bubbles everywhere and bumps. I've called him and texted him many of times with no response. He took my money and did not finish the rest of the job, as he was suppose to do mortar work around my pool. This really hurts to write this review as I will say again, I like him as a person, but I will not hire this man again unless it makes things right with me. My patio is a mess, and I am out a lot of money for work that wasn't finished. :(
