"I hired Stewart Concepts, (Mike Stewart) when 65% of my house flooded due to a broken water line pipe in the attic. The flood affected the living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and master bath. Mike worked directly with my insurance company to obtain the correct amount to rebuild what was damaged. All my hardwood floors, sheet-rock, insulation, baseboards and vinyl flooring had to be replaced. Mike worked within my budget and what the insurance company allowed to get my dream kitchen and laundry room. Mike is awesome to work with. He is extremely professional, yet personable, he listens, keeps you up to date with the progress and sends pictures. This is has been such a relief since I work full time. His sub-contractors are completely professional, courteous and always on time as well. I highly recommend Stewart Concepts for any project. "Before beginning this project, we did our due diligence and interviewed many contractors. Efren Estrada was the only one to present us with plans, multiple options of how to proceed, and going through the proper channels of securing the proper permits. Being our first ever time doing remodeling, communication was always open to see what materials we liked; flooring, shower tiles, sinks, doors, etc. He was able to work within our budget and build us a great home addition (garage conversion). The only small issue and not Efren’s fault, was the time to complete the project. Getting permits, Inspection scheduling, scheduling gas to be shut and having to reschedule to turn on definitely added more time onto the project but in the end we are very pleased with how it turned out. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future."

"We had these guys finish our fireplace from 10 feet to about 19, and the roof was at a strange angle. They took the time to make the cuts on the bricks at the top to match the roof making the fireplace look fully finished and very beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.
