He was friendly and professional, and was able to diagnose the problem we were having with our A/C quickly. He didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need, which was a concern since our A/C unit is older. He was honest about the fact that we would likely need to replace our unit within the next couple of years, which we already suspected, but reassured us that a repair was all that was needed to get our unit back in working order. He provided a very reasonable estimate and performed the work quickly. After the repair, our A/C worked great for at least a couple of years.
